The project consisted of design an informative website with a management system for online reservations and medical consultations. For developing, I used WordPress as a content manager, configured plugins and add-ons that expedited the implementation of functionalities without having to code from scratch. Also, I included a blog to post promotions, information about services and articles of interest.
Process
To do so, Bookly Pro is a plugin that allows you to manage online reservations through customizable forms where users can search availability, schedules or cancel appointments easily. It also offers an intuitive dashboard to manage reservations, services and customer base, with process automation options. As part of the implementation, I included training on the use of the system, complemented by a video tutorial as support material. As part of the project, we conducted a photo session to doctors, specialists and customer service, with the aim of making the team known and generating greater credibility through the website.
