The project consisted of designing and developing an informative website and an improved version of Forward plarform, an existing learning management system (LMS) that allows you to assess job performance, train online and create incentive programs. The design process included the creation of a style guide for the standardization of visual components that allowed us to dispense with external design libraries, giving us greater control over the code.
Process
Considering the diversity of user profiles and usage contexts, we prioritize the platform’s accessibility and compatibility with other systems. I teamed up with a UX designer and engineers to ensure a usable, mobile-optimized experience. We also implemented a scalable architecture that facilitated integration with multiple platforms, allowing storage, playback and distribution of multimedia content in various formats.
